Section 501(c)(3) is a portion of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and a specific tax category for nonprofit organizations. Organizations that meet Section 501(c)(3) requirements are exempt from federal income tax. While the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) recognizes more than 30 types of nonprofit organizations, organizations that qualify as 501(c)(3) organizations are unique because donations to these organizations are tax-deductible for donors. We are proud to state that 100% of your generous donation goes to the Cats! We maintain over 300 Community Cats in established colonies which requires a
tremendous amount of assorted quality foods, field remedies for illness or injuries, and any urgent Veterinarian costs.

As an ALL VOLUNTEER organization, at this time we have NO administration costs!

No, we are not — we choose to be independent of large organizations for a variety of reasons. However, we have close affiliations with animal rescue organizations with high integrity throughout the United States.

We are proud to say we have over 300 outdoor ‘TNVR’ Community Cats that we feed, hydrate, monitor and LOVE in the early morning or late in the evening!

On an average, to properly manage over 300 Community Cats costs $3-4,000 each month to purchase an assortment of quality foods, field remedies for illness or injury, and pay for any emergency Veterinarian bills.

All of our funds used for the Cats are donations from residents in the community area who are so grateful for our volunteer service. However, an average of 80% of our budget still comes from our generous Volunteers who take their precious time to feed and love our
Community Cats. Our Volunteer Feeders urgently need this financial responsibility to be alleviated and our funding needs to come from caring residents and cat lovers from all over!

Our amazing Volunteers can be seasonal or year round residents. We fluctuate between 23-38 dependable and dedicated Volunteers— feeding over 300 Community Cats early in the morning or late in the evening we have a dependable team of Volunteers—but we we are always excited to get new Cat Lovers on our team- we need your help!

In 2010, residents noticed an increase in outdoor Cats that were struggling to survive in numerous locations in Boca Raton. The starvation and stress were obvious, and compassionate residents joined together to properly feed and hydrate Cats in certain locations and knew that sterilizing this outdoor population was urgent.

‘CCCBR’ Volunteers maintain our Cat colonies in numerous, undisclosed locations, not only in neighborhoods, mostly in Boca Raton. We are happy to say that after ‘TNVR’ became the approved method for managing outdoor Cats by County Officials in 2014, educated HOAs in Boca Raton hired a humane ‘TNVR’ Cat Trapper and
effectively manage their own neighborhood colonies!

‘TNVR’ (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return) is an internationally recognized and the most successful method of managing outdoor Cat populations. Our organization has proven what researchers throughout the world have documented for decades—‘TNVR’ is the
most effective solution for humanely reducing outdoor Cat populations! Please refer to our website section ‘TNVR’ for further information!
